This student thriller opening is very influential as it contains many opening film components. Furthermore as this is a 'Supernatural Thriller' it gives us an inspiration to create a video on the same line as 'Victoria'. This student opening contains key elements which can help us produce our opening. This clip gives us a very supernatural background due to the music and also the objects used. They have an excellent use of mise en scene, and also the strong use of music gives the audience a thriller type film. in addition the camera angles used are immaculate aswel as the actors facial expression. The editing in the opening is used quite well and the use of the child dollies and playground songs makes the audience scared and aware.

Overall this opening to a thriller is impressing and my group could show the portryal of intertextuality as we may use a few ideas from the clip 'Victoria'
